1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9 glass pie pan.

2. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Stir in the cranberries and pecans and toss to coat. Stir in the butter and beaten eggs and almond extract. The mixture will be thick. Spread batter into buttered pan.

3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
