Ingredients:  
3 large chicken breasts, cut into thirds
4 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 c. oil
Coarse-ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 tbs. salt
Crushed red pepper (a light sprinkling, unless you want a hotter flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Grill chicken pieces until cooked through. For thick chunks, suggested 8-12 minutes on meduim heat. Don't over-cook! :)
