Low Calorie Blueberry Muffins Recipe

1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
12 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 tbsp. water
1 tsp. orange zest 5 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
3 tbsp. sugar
14 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. blueberries (fresh, frozen)

Mix dry ingredients together.
Fold in egg whites then vanilla extract.
Add blueberries careful to not over mix.
Pour in to cupcake paper lined muffin tins.
Bake at 375 until toothpick comes out clean.
