1 Cup of Butter (2 Sticks)
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
40 Saltine Crackers
2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Optional: Other toppings like nuts, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil & spray it with Pam
2. Put 40 Saltine crackers on baking sheet
3. Melt butter & brown sugar. Stir in pan over heat until sugar dissolves & mixture starts to boil....simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens
4. Pour butter/sugar mixture over crackers & bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes (until it bubbles)
5. Remove pan from oven & let cool for 5 minutes
6. Spread Semi-Sweet chocolate chips over crackers & let sit until they start to melt
7. Add other toppings if desired at this point (nuts, etc.)
8. Put in refrigerator to expedite hardening process.
9. Break into chunks to serve
