3 egg whites
1 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar
½ to 1 box Zybeck
2 cups pecans, ground
Directions:
Directions:
Grate rind. Squeeze the juice from 1 large orange. Beat egg whites, slowly. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. until very stiff and not gritty.

Add juice a small amount at a time. Fold in zybeck, rind, and nuts. Bake at 250° on brown paper until solid.
