Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl of electric mixer, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, Kahlua and water. Beat on low speed until moistened, then beat at high speed 2 minutes. Generously grease a bundt pan or tube pan. Place nuts in the bottom and roll the pan around to cover the inside with nuts. Pour batter on top of nuts. Bake 40 to
1 cup sugar
¼ cup Kahlua
½ cup water
½ cup margarine or butter
Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes. Start timing after it reaches a boil. Pour cooked sauce over cake while cake is still in pan. Let stand 30 minutes before removing from pan. As cake cools, it will pull away from sides of pan. Use flexible spatula to run around sides. Cake should stand 25 to 36 hours before serving. Cake freezes well .
