1 pound butter
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour (sifted)
1 teaspoon almond
½ cup rum
1 cup pecans
1½ cup white raisins
1 slice candied pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit together and sift ½ cup flour over mixture. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Gradually add flour, almond and rum. Beat at medium speed for 15 minutes. Fold in fruit mixture. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 300° for 1½ to 2 hours.
