1 lb. ground beef, browned and seasoned to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonaisse
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
⅓ c. chopped onion
2 c. bisquick
½ c. cold water
4 chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped sweet peppers
Directions:
Directions:
Place biscuit dough into greased 9x13x2 casserole dish.

Mix beef, tomatoes and peppers and place over biscuit dough.

Mix together: sour cream, mayo, cheese and onion. Spoon mixture over the top.

Bake in 375ºf oven for 25-30 minutes
