2 medium oranges 2˝ cups sugar 1˝ cups milk
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup butter
4 eggs
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons soda
˝ teaspoon salt
2 cups raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze juice from oranges, reserve orange peel. In small bowl, place˝ cup sugar and˝ cup orange Juice. Mix until sugar dissolves. Set aside. Alternately grind some orange peel and raisins using the fine blade of food chopper, do not to leave long strings of raisins. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine milk and vinegar. Into large bowl, with mixer on high speed, cream butter and gradually beat in 2 cups sugar. At medium speed, add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg. Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt. At medium speed, beat flour mixture into egg mixture, alternating with milk; begin and end with flour. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake 60-70 minutes. Remove cake from oven and turn oven off. Spoon orange juice and sugar mixture over top and between the sides of cake and pan. Return cake, still in pan, to oven. Without turning the oven on, let cake sit in oven for about 1 hour. Store cake covered. Will keep 1 to 2 weeks.
