Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. glutinous rice flour (mochi flour)
2 c. water
1½ c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts
½ c. sugar
½ c. kinako

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour with water and mix until a sticky dough forms - like play dough. Adjust the dough by sprinkling a little water on it or adding more flour until the desired consistency is reached. Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls about the size of a teaspoon and place the balls on a plate. Combine the peanuts, sugar and kinako in a food processor and pulse until all the peanuts are crushed. Transfer the mixture to a shallow bowl. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Boil the dough in small batches of about 12 dumplings. The dumplings are done when they start to float. Remove the dumplings with a strainer and immediately roll them in the peanut mixture. Remove to a plate and serve while warm.
