2 cups vanilla wafers (crumbed)
3 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
28-oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 eggs yolks
1 pint sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon lemon juice
5 stiff beaten egg whites

Directions:

Blend crumbs with margarine and sugar. Press into 9" greased springform pan. Stir cream cheese to soften with mixer. Add sugar then cream well. Add unbeaten egg yolks. Stir in sour cream, vanilla flavoring and lemon juice. Fold in egg whites. Pour mixture into springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let cake remain in oven for 1 hour more, half hour with oven closed and half hour with oven door open.
