4 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
2 T Vanilla
1/2 Cup Butter
4 Squares unsweetened Baker's Dark Chocolate
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 4 eggs until light. Melt 1/2 cup butter and 4 squares of unsweetened dark chocolate. Mix together flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and salt. When mixed thoroughly, add chocolate. Mix again.

Roll into Balls and then Powdered Sugar. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
