2 tablespoons buttermilk
Pinch of salt
Pinch of soda
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix buttermilk, soda, salt and eggs. Add sugar, butter and vanilla. Work in enough flour to make a soft dough. Roll dough to ¼-inch thick and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 375°.
