2 cups chicken, cooked and cut-up
1 box Escort Crackers, crushed

Butter a casserole dish. Place of the crackers in dish.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the chicken with:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Spoon this mixture over crackers. Top with remaining crackers. Top with one stick of margarine cut into pieces.

Bake 30 minutes at 350.
