4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
4 to 6 small potatoes
3 carrots
1 onion
1 small head of cabbage, quartered
1 can chicken soup, diluted with
½ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & pepper chicken and brown slightly in skillet. Place chicken in roasting pan. Add potatoes, carrots, onions and diluted chicken soup. Add quartered cabbage and cover. Bake in oven for 50 to 55 minutes at 350°.
