6 or 8 squash, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 stick margarine
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the above ingredients.

Add to cup water. Cook until squash is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste and 1 cup Velveeta cheese cut into small pieces. Stir. Place in casserole. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and bake at 350 until brown.
