1 cup chopped celery
1 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup water
Cook together for 5 minutes. Drain.

1 cups chopped cooked shrimp
1 cup finally chopped boiled chicken
1 cup chopped water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 5 tablespoons cooking oil in skillet. Add shrimp, chicken and chestnuts. Cook for 5 minutes. Stirring well, add celery and cabbage. Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce. Cook until all ingredients are well heated and liquids are absorbed. Spoon into egg roll wrappers. Fold and cook according to package directions on the wrappers. Any unused portion maybe frozen and used later.
