Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 c milk or cream
1 c shredded cheddar
1 Tbsp horseradish

Melt 2 Tbsp butter in saucepan. Blend in flour. Add milk stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Add cheese and stir until melts.

1 c cooked peas
2 c diced ham
1 1/2 c cooked noodles (I used pinwheel noodles)
1/4 c bread crumbs

Add all else except crumbs. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish (greased) .
Top with bread crumbs and dot with 1 Tbsp butter. Bake 350F 30 min
