2 cups tomato juice
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
basil
oregano
thyme
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter with onion.
Remove from heat and add: flour, sugar, salt, and spices.
Slowly add tomato juice and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add milk, blend, and bring to serving temperature (do not boil).
