Ingredients:  
1/2 c marg or butter
1 - 1 1/2 c flour
2 Tbsp sugar
Cut until beady. Then add 1 Tbsp vinegar and 1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp water to mix.
Press into pie plate.

Mix any fruit with 2 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp flour and small squirt lemon juice (1/2 a cap).
Peaches about 8 medium.

Bake 1 hour at 350 F, decrease to 325 F after first 10 minutes.
