3 oz. cream cheese, softened
⅔ c. sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
½ c. shredded swiss cheese (or cheddar)
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
Plus spices (I added ground mustard and ground white pepper)
Plus veggies/meat (I added mushrooms and bacon)

Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in cheese, spices and veggies/meat. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5 inch circles. Press each into the bottom and sides of a greased muffin cup. Divide the egg mixture amount biscuit-lined muffin cups, using about 2 tablespoons each. Bake at 375º for 18-20 mins. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from tin and serving.
