1-8oz package freshable microwaveable greenbeans

1-2 shallots, finely minced

2-T light soy sauce

2-T brown sugar

1/2 tsp pepper, divided

2-T unsalted butter

8 slices fully cooked bacon

1/4-t kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Coa baking sheet with spray. Microwave green beans following package instructions.

2. Chopp shallots and combine with soy sauce, brown sugar, tsp pepper in medium sauce pan on medium low, simmer 2-3 minutes or until the consistency of syrup.

3. Remove from heat and whisk in butter until blended.

4. Gather 10-12 beans into bundle, wrap a slice of baconaon round the center and place seam side down on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining beans.

5. Coat top of bundles with spray;season with salt and remaining 1/4t pepper.

6. Bake 4-5 minutes or until bacon is lightly crisped.

7. Glaze beans with 1/2 of the soy mixture; bake 2 more minutes. Remove beans from oven; brush with remainig half of
half of glaze and serve.
