CARROT CAKE FROSTING

4 Eggs
1 1/2 cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
2 cups sifted Flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ginger
2 cups grated Carrots
1 1/4 cup crushed Pineapple
1 cup chopped Pecans

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.

Bake pre-heated 350 for 40-50 minutes.

Cool add Frosting

1 beaten Egg White
