4 bone in organic, skin on chicken thighs*
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
ľ tsp. Allspice
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. (one packet) Stevia
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rinse and pat dry chicken. Place in a ziplock bag. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients (will be paste-like). Put into ziplock bag and toss until the chicken is fully coated. Place the coated chicken thighs on a broiling pan, skin side up, and bake for 40 minutes. Chicken will get dark golden and crispy.

*Organic chicken is best because they donít add water solution to the meat, but others will work, it just doesnít crisp as nicely.
