1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 cups grated cheese
1/4 cup pimento
1 box Uncle Ben's wild and Long Grain Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and green pepper in butter. Mix soup, almonds, and cheese. Cook rice according to package directions. Add Soup mixture, onion mixture and rest of ingredients to cooked rice. Bake at 325º
for 20-30 min.
