2 lbs. Ground beef, pork, turkey or Italian Sausage
(2) 30 oz. jars Rague Traditional
(1) 10 oz. jar Chili Sauce
(1) 16 oz. box lasagna noodles, uncooked
(1) 16 oz. container sour cream, cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1 lbs. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Stir in Rague & chili sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Spray lasagna pan with Pam.
Layer:
of the sauce
sour cream/cottage cheese/or ricotta cheese
⅓ mozzarella
noodles
sour cream
sauce
⅓ mozzarella
noodles
last of sauce
last ⅓ of mozzarella
Cover with Foil:
Refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge 1 hour before baking.
Preheat oven to 350 - 375
Bake covered 1 hours. Remove foil - Bake 5-10 minutes longer to brown cheese. Remove from oven & let sit 15 minutes before cutting & serving.
