Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 dozen jalapenos or mini-bell peppers (a mix of both is great)
2 packages of cream cheese
1 can of sun dried tomatoes chopped
6 cloves of garlic chopped
1 bunch of fresh basil chopped.
2 packages of bacon
A box of toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Gut the peppers, removing their tops and insides.

Mix the cream cheese, chopped sundried tomatoes, garlic, and basil.

Stuff mixture into each pepper. Then wrap each pepper with bacon. You can precook the bacon lightly if you’d like the speed up the next step.

Put on grill (or oven, but it’s better on the grill) and cook peppers until the bacon is cooked.

Let cool for a few minutes (otherwise the cheese will burn your mouth). Then enjoy!
