2 slabs of Baby Back Ribs (full rack
1 18oz bottle of Barbecue sauce ( I use Sweet Baby Ray sauce)
rub (your choice)
crock-pot or slow cooker

Directions:
Directions:

Clean the ribs and turn over, pull thin layer skin off of ribs.(cut into halves)

rub with your favorite spices onto both slabs. Place both Baby Back ribs in the crock pot or slow cooker.
Pour a heavy coat of Sweet Baby Ray barbecue sauce on each side of ribs.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

If prefer to cook in conventional oven, wrap both rib slabs in heavy foil wrap. Put in pre-heated oven 325º for 3 to 4 hours, slow heat.
