4 Game Hens
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Long Grain Wild Rice
1 can Chicken Broth
2 tbsp. butter
1 bunch sliced green onions
(1) 4 oz. mushrooms
dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse hens and pat dry. Brush with 2 tbsp. butter. Seasoning (packet from Long Grain Wild Rice) - 1 tsp. per hen - brush inside & out.
Place hens breast side up in shallow roasting pan.
Bake 450 for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt 2 tbsp butter in skillet, saute mushrooms, onions and rice. Slowly add 1 c. water, remaining seasoning, wine and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
Pour rice mixture into pan and brush hens with remaining butter. Cover loosely with with foil.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
