4 to 6 pieces cube steak
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk
1/2 soup can water
1/2 cup of flour (put flour on wax paper)
1/3 cup of oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, heat oil (take a pinch of flour drop in heated oil, it should sizzle, it's ready)

Salt and pepper flour (to your taste), Roll steak in flour until well coated.
Fry until good and brown on both sides. Put into crock-pot or slow cooker, (add soup, water and milk to pan that steak was fried in.
Stir until it is hot. Pour over cube steak into crock-pot or slow cooker. Put crock-pot on low 4 to 6 hours.

In slow-cooker, cook between 3 to 4 hours, or until tender. If too thick, add a little more water to the gravy.
