1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
2 eggs



Topping:
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients well with mixer. Pour into 9x13 greased cake pan

Topping:
Blend together the remaining ingredients and pour over cake mixture.
Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.

This was a recipe from my mother-in-law, Carmen McMillan. It tastes like she spent all day on this, but is very simple.
