1 LB Salted Butter
1 Cup Instant Dissolving Sugar ( fruit sugar )
1 Cup Rice Flour
3 Cups White Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 290 degrees F

Cream together butter and sugar in mixer
Add Rice Flour and cream together
Add regular flour 1 cup at a time.

Prepare 9" x 13" Glass Pan by greasing with the butter wrapper sides and bottom of pan

Press all dough into the pan and pat evenly with ball of your hand.

Fork Squares into dough.

Put in 290 degree oven for 60 minutes.

Edges should be slightly browned.

Cut over fork marks immediately.
