3 eggs, beaten well
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. white sugar
3 med. sweet potatoes; peeled, cooked and mashed

Topping:
1/2 stick butter melted
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine eggs, butter, brown sugar & white sugar. Mix in (cooked) sweet potatoes, making sure they are creamy. Spray 9 in. deep dish pie plate with oil & add potato mixture.

Mix topping ingredients together and into pie plate. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
