1/2 spaghetti squash
1/3 c. black beans
1/3 c. salsa
1/3 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. hamburger or minced turkey
salt to taste
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Roast whole spaghetti squash in oven at 425 for 45 minutes. Half-way through cooking, use a fork to poke several holes in skin of squash. Cut squash in half & scoop out seeds. Separate and fluff the inside of the squash using a fork. Add butter & salt to taste. Add beans, salsa, cheese and burger.
