4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Topping:
shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients in large bowl for 3 minutes with blender. Pour into pie pan; sprinkle coconut over all. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
