2 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. warm coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and spread onto a greased, edged cookie sheet. Add nuts (optional) and chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
