1 c. water
1 c. brown rice
2 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 jars medium salsa
1 1/2 T. chili powder
1 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 lb. cooked hamburger or minced turkey
