1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 apple, grated or chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, oil, vanilla & sugar together. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder until lumpy. Stir in nuts and apple. Fill 12 prepared muffin tins, sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
