1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 c. chocolate bits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together. Add egg, oil, milk, lemon juice and vanilla to dry mixture. Stir together. Fold in zucchini, nuts (if desired) and chocolate chips. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
