1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter and add flour. Slowly pour in milk. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until simmering, then serve.
