1 c. cooked wild rice
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
2 eggs, divided
⅔ c. milk
c. oil
c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat egg yolks, milk, and oil. Stir into flour mixture. Beat egg whites and fold into batter. Stir in pecans and wild rice.
