1/2 to 3/4 cups water

1/2 teaspoon bacon grease

1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh White half-runner green beans

(1/2 pound per person if this is the only vegetable on the menu)

Directions:
Directions:
-Wash beans, string and break into bite sized pieces
-Put all ingredient in the pressure cooker
-Put lid on pressure cooker, heat until pressure is reached.
-Cook 12 minutes. Put pressure cooker under stream of cold water in sink until pressure drops. Open lid, add salt if necessary and serve.
-If you donít have a pressure cooker cover beans with water bring to a boil and boil for about 25 minutes or until tender. Drain water, add salt if necessary and serve
