Cake:
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened.
1½ stick melted butter
½ tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix cake ingredients well and pour in a 9 x 13" greased pan. Bake at 350º F. for 35 minutes (this will get dark). Cool.
Mix frosting ingredients well and spread on cake.
