Jamie Flaga

½ c. butter, softened
¾ c. packed brown sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1½ c. ground quick oats
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened, condensed milk
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. small semisweet chocolate chips
½ c. finely chopped walnuts
1½ chocolate (for dipping)
candy coating, chopped

In mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour, milk, and vanilla.
Loosely cover and refrigerate.
Melt candy coating on ½ power in the microwave (power 5). Start out with a minute. It is VERY hard to burn chocolate if you melt it this way!
Dip balls in chocolate and place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 14 minutes.
