3 lbs. of ground beef (I use 100% grass fed ground beef 90% lean/ 10% fat)
1 1/2 tbsp. crushed red peppers
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 (10 oz.) can hot enchilada sauce (Hot El Paso red enchilada sauce)
1 1/2 packets of taco seasoning (original Ortega taco seasoning mix)
1 box of hard shell tacos (Ortega yellow hard shell tacos)
jalapeños (optional)
lettuce
sour cream
shredded cheese
hot salsa
guacamole

Preheat oven to 425º
1. Cook meat over medium heat. Keep breaking the meat up the whole time so that it ends up into small pieces (No chunks). When the meat starts to look a little brown, add the crushed red peppers and garlic. 2. Keep cooking the meat until it is VERY well done and all of the grease is cooked off. Once the meat is extra brown and crumbly, turn heat down to medium/ low and add the enchilada sauce along with the taco seasoning.
3. Put taco shells in oven for 5 minutes while stirring the meat with enchilada sauce and seasoning.
4. Assemble as desired & enjoy!
