1 lb. cut up chicken breast
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of potato soup
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. carrots, diced
1 jar mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. whole kernel corn
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Mix well. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
