1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 sm. pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding (not instant)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 (11 oz. ) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, puddings, and Jell-O into sauce pan. Heat to a full rolling boil to thicken. In a separate bowl, add cool whip. Pour hot mixture over cool whip (the cool whip will melt). Add oranges and mix together. Chill until set and keep covered.
