Ingredients: 1 tube crescent rolls ½ c. sharp cheddar cheese (1) 8 oz. block cream cheese ½ c. mayo dry ranch dressing (I do this to taste, approx. 3 tsp.) 3-4 strips cooked, crumbled bacon shredded carrots broccoli (chopped very finely) cauliflower (chopped very finely) mini sweet bell peppers (chopped very finely) grape tomatoes - halved

Directions:1. Lay out tube of crescent rolls flat, should fit in a 9X13 pan about perfectly. (I spray it first, or use parchment paper just to be safe, but its not required. Cook according to package directions. Don't over cook. Let cool completely.
2. Mix cream cheese on high to get out lumps. Mix mayo and dry ranch dressing mix in. Mix well. Spread over cooled crust. Leave a Little bit for the tomatoes (see "notes")
3. Sprinkle some shredded carrots, shredded cheese and bacon. Sprinkle finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower and bell peppers, press mixture down firmly with palm of hand.
4. Using a table knife, put some of the cheese mixture onto the flat cut side of the cherry tomatoes. Place that side down. Cover and put in refrigerator. |

Notes: You can use whatever veggies you want, this is jut what I used. Also, I saved some of the cheese/mayo/ranch mix to dab on the sliced tomatoes to help them "stick" to the rest of the veggies, etc, since they go on last. Also, very important to cut veggie very finely. Don't put too much of anything on, as it won't stick if too much is on the pizza if that makes sense.
