1 pkg. cherry jello (3 oz)
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1T. lemon juice
1/2 c. canned pineapple juice
1 c. drained crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
1 c. ground raw cranberries
1 c. chopped celery
1 orange, grind peel for zest
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 diced apple (optional)

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add sugar, lemon juice and the reserved pineapple juice. Stir to dissolve. Chill until set, add remaining ingredients. Chill in oiled mold. Serves 6. Use a 9 x 13 pan to double the recipe. Cut into squares.
