1 16 oz package bow tie pasta
1 tsp EVOO
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 or 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-size pieces
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
1 c grape tomatoes, halved
˝ c classic pesto (see "Sauces and Gravies" for recipe)
˝ c sliced mushrooms

Cook pasta according to instructions on box.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until tender, add mushrooms and chicken. Season with red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken is golden, and cooked through.

In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, grape tomatoes and pesto. Toss to coat evenly.
